Refund policy

At Juria K-Shop, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are sourced or prepared specifically upon order:

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount
  • After 12 hours, or once processing has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed

Important:

  • Custom-sourced items cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once processing begins
  • By placing an order, you agree to wait for fulfillment and delivery timelines
  • Requests such as "I changed my mind" or "it's taking too long" will not be accepted as valid cancellation reasons

Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Requests must be submitted via: hello@juriakshop.com
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and contents
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are fully the customer's responsibility
  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees are also the customer's responsibility
  • A $10 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, refunds, or reshipments will not be provided if:

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer is unavailable for delivery
  • Customs clearance fails due to missing information
  • Customs duties or taxes are unpaid
  • Package is refused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Clear photo/video evidence is required
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Final sale items or gift cards

K-Pop Products Disclaimer

Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise:

  • Minor defects, manufacturing variations, or missing inclusions may occur
  • Especially for limited-edition or event-exclusive items, replacements or refunds may not be possible
  • Some issues can only be identified after opening and are outside Juria K-Shop's control

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • If needed, return the item and place a new order after approval

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
