Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is available to your location, the available shipping options and rates will appear at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1β7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our facilities in South Korea.
During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Express Shipping: 7β15 business days
Standard Shipping: 10β20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, customs, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
For the US and nearly the rest of the world:
Standard Shipping: $4.99
Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $100
Express Shipping: $14.99
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. All orders include tracked shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, especially during the first few days of transit.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Depending on product availability and order size, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking updates for each package.
Do I have to pay customs, duties, or taxes?
We aim to minimize additional costs for our customers, and in many cases duties and taxes may be handled on our side. However, some countries may apply strict customs regulations or additional charges depending on local policies.
For most UK and EU orders, customs-related issues are uncommon, but we cannot guarantee that every shipment will be free from customs fees.
Why do you need my tax ID or national ID for some countries?
For certain countries, customs may require a tax ID, national ID, or similar identification number before the package can clear customs.
This may apply to countries such as:
Mexico, Brazil, TΓΌrkiye, Chile, and South Africa.
If this is required, our support team will contact you. Providing the requested information promptly helps avoid delays.
What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@juriakshop.com. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be delivered.
If a package is returned or needs to be reshipped, additional shipping fees may apply.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, Maestro, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, Multibanco, MobilePay, Przelewy24 and TWINT.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase.
A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount. After 12 hours, or once order processing has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?
Requests such as βI changed my mindβ or βitβs taking too longβ may not be accepted as valid cancellation reasons once the cancellation window has passed or processing has started.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@juriakshop.com.
Address changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.
What should I include when contacting support about my order?
Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. This helps our support team locate your order faster.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, you may return the item after approval and place a new order separately.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Are cancellation or return fees deducted?
Yes. A 5% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations. For approved returns, a $10 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or related fees are the customerβs responsibility.

Are your products always available?
Product availability may change depending on stock levels, demand, and supplier availability. Some K-pop items, especially limited or event-related products, may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.
Can K-pop products have minor defects or variations?
Yes. Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise, minor manufacturing variations, small defects, or missing inclusions may occasionally occur.
Some issues can only be identified after opening and may be outside Juria K-Shopβs control.
Can limited-edition or event-exclusive items be replaced?
For limited-edition or event-exclusive items, replacements or refunds may not always be possible due to limited stock and availability.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@juriakshop.com.
Clear photo or video evidence is required. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

What condition should returned items be in?
To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. They must include the original packaging, tags, contents, and proof of purchase.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
